Shizusan - The Asian Bistro
Shizusan, the first east Asian bistro in Pune, has been inspired from an avid traveller who is passionate about two things: adventure and food! His recipes take inspiration from his travels across Thailand, China, Japan, Vietnam, and Malaysia. The symbol of the identity has been inspired from the avid traveller himself. The menu is a handcrafted diary where his entire journey has been documented.
